This is our second job with RCV, yes return customer. This job was relatively simple in terms of roofing. Our chimney flashing and seal were no longer keeping water out, so we did the usual bid out. I’ll be honest and tell you they are not the cheapest quote you will get. In return you are treated with respect from the get go. From the initial sales and quote visit we felt comfortable and part of the process. Now I do have to give a special shout out to Eric! He called us before he arrived with his eta, he explained what was going to be done, answered our questions and got to work. He gets the extra because he was braving some nasty weather to get us sealed up before it got real ugly. FYI our previous job with them was gutters and soffits on an almost 100 year old, 2 story house. I’m sure that any future roofing needs will be with them!

RCV was good to work with from start to finish. Andrew the estimator showed up when requested and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and put in the time to examine the roof and explain everything to me. Hannah scheduled the repair, we are hard to work with, with limited availability, she and RCV accommodated our schedule. Finally the installers were on time and personable. If I need a roof repair or new roof in the future I know who I’ll call.

Everything about my experience with RCV was amazing. From the initial quote to dealing with an insurance claim to the install. I had been getting roof quotes for years and the only roofing company that I trusted was RCV to get the job done right. Not the cheapest option but definitely worth the money. I will call RVC for all future roofing needs. Andrew was incredible to work with.

A while back I watched RCV Roofing completely renovate the house across the street from my house. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the workers that I called the company to let them know how impressed I was with the way their team worked together to complete the project. Over the years I have seen my fair share of roofs being replaced but never with this degree of skill, efficiency, and harmony. They kept the worksite clean as they worked too. Again, just totally professional. My house suffered from woodpecker damage to the siding on the second floor. It finally got to the point that several holes appeared so I contacted RCV to replace this damaged area. The team that came and performed the restoration were so impressive. Exactly the quality I expected having seen the work across the street. They were similarly efficient, neat, and worked with great attention to every detail. I highly recommend RCV Roofing & Siding. When Mike Russell showed up at my house to give me an estimate, he was very kind, honest and explained things to me. He answered all my questions. I signed the proposal that very day to do the job. I usually wait 24 hours before making such a big financial decision. Between the time I signed and before the work started, I panicked for two very personal reasons. I called and cancelled everything. Mike talked with me, he didn’t try to get me to change my mind, he was kind and understanding. Then I realized I was being fearful for no reason and called again saying I want this done. Two weeks later, they showed up did the work and I’m so happy! Thank you everyone at RCV roofing. The two installers were so nice and professional. Explaining what they did. And Hannah, gets it done. Very pleased
