Everything about my experience with RCV was amazing. From the initial quote to dealing with an insurance claim to the install. I had been getting roof quotes for years and the only roofing company that I trusted was RCV to get the job done right. Not the cheapest option but definitely worth the money. I will call RVC for all future roofing needs. Andrew was incredible to work with.

This was my very first roof replacement project - and I've owned a LOT of homes! After getting quotes and having interviews with several service providers, I decided to go with RCV. They were great to work with, and Gage Cervantes (my sales point of contact) was exceptional ... always positive, pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile (or two, or ten!) to answer questions and provide endless samples for me to look at. The project itself was scheduled quickly and on the day of the work, the RCV team showed up at 6:59am for their 7am project kickoff, finishing everything (including cleanup!) by ~1pm-ish. They were careful to cover windows or other side surfaces of the house so as not to incur damage due to all the roof materials being removed and dropped to the ground ... where they had already laid out tarps to "catch" everything. Amazing attention to detail and care for the client's home. I'm next getting my gutters replaced by RCV so may have another review to post at that time. In the meantime, let me summarize: RCV was great to work with and the new roof is outstanding! I'd definitely recommend and refer these guys to anyone looking at repairing or replacing their roof!

We needed an estimate to do some upgrades for our roof. Ronnie came to do the estimate. I have never experienced a more conscientious, honest and thorough evaluation. He is amazing!! He did such a comprehensive job, looking at every part of our roof and attic. We had the needed work done by RCV and saved some money compared to what we thought it was going to cost.

When Mike Russell showed up at my house to give me an estimate, he was very kind, honest and explained things to me. He answered all my questions. I signed the proposal that very day to do the job. I usually wait 24 hours before making such a big financial decision. Between the time I signed and before the work started, I panicked for two very personal reasons. I called and cancelled everything. Mike talked with me, he didn’t try to get me to change my mind, he was kind and understanding. Then I realized I was being fearful for no reason and called again saying I want this done. Two weeks later, they showed up did the work and I’m so happy! Thank you everyone at RCV roofing. The two installers were so nice and professional. Explaining what they did. And Hannah, gets it done. Very pleased

We are very pleased with the work done by RCV Roofing. The roofing crew was efficient and friendly and did a nice job. Dustin the site supervisor kept us up to date on the progress during the day. And Coy the overall supervisor did a great job communicating with us leading up to the job, stopping by during the day when the work was underway check on progress, and doing a follow up inspection the next day. In addition to the good work on the new roof RCV left the job site as they found it doing an excellent job cleaning up the entire area. We highly recommend RCV for your roofing needs.
